1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their enjoyment of the site.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of J and A Masterpieces unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

3. Photography Services

• Bookings are subject to availability.
• A deposit may be required to secure your session date.
• Final edited images will be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to use photographs for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Product Returns

• Custom or personalized products (including engravings, prints, and one-of-a-kind items) are final sale and non-refundable.
• Non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

5. Photography Services – Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds

• A non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve photography services (including weddings, portraits, or events).
• If a client cancels for standard portraits:
  • More than 7 days before the scheduled session or event: a partial refund may be issued, minus the retainer fee.
  • Less than 7 days before the scheduled session or event: no refund will be issued.
  • Please note, wedding photography has a separate cancellation/refund policy outlined in a contract.
• If J and A Masterpieces is unable to provide photography services due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstance:
  • A qualified substitute photographer may be arranged, or
  • A full refund of all fees paid (including deposit) will be issued.
• J and A Masterpieces maintains general liability insurance during photography sessions and events. Clients may wish to obtain their own event or wedding insurance for additional protection.

6. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to provide accurate information and quality services. However, J and A Masterpieces is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services, except as required by law.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of these external sites.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after updates means you accept the new terms.
